Maxime popped their head over the parapet saw what was going on and said
The usual advice given about deleting something which gives a 'something does not exist' is too fully install the App again and then try to delete again (of course I could be talking mince)
Maybe your best bet would be to contact the author

Hi Maxime,
It sounds like somebody has attempted to delete the SilkQuit files from your Program Files folder instead of running the uninstall program. As Soup rightly points out, in this situation the best solution is to reinstall SilkQuit and then uninstall it. To uninstall use the Add/Remove Programs icon in your control panel.
FYI I tested SilkQuit (all versions) with Win XP SP2 prior to Win XP SP2 being released. You shouldn't have any problems installing Windows XP SP2 with SilkQuit installed.
