Hi everyone.
There's a myth that diet coke is helping when trying to quit smoking.
Well, it might be true but I strongly advice against it, as there are researches showing diet coke is addicting too.
If you find that you need something (sweet) to help out when quiting to smoke, try something healthier.
Carrots or apples might be a good alternative.
